The Aria-Seprolec Group is an EMS made up of 2 production sites, whose activities cover the entire life cycle of our customers' products. Dedicated to complex and highly demanding electronic products, our fields of application range from industrial, defense, aeronautical, medical and space applications.

Aria
Aria Electronique is an industrial electronics manufacturer specializing in the aerospace,military and nuclear markets. Aria Electronique is ISO 9001, EN9100 and UL 2010 certified.
Founded in 1982 in Aston (09), Aria Electronique is now based in Verniolle (35 minutes fromToulouse), in premises built in 2011.
Aria Electronique has 35 employees and sales of €3.5m. The company is a member of theAerospace Valley competitiveness cluster and SNESE.
In December 2018, Aria Electronique was acquired by SEPROLEC (Vire, Normandy). Thesharing of production resources between Seprolec and Aria, provides the industrial group withflexibility, and business continuity plans for our customers.
Seprolec
Since 1973, Seprolec has been a specialist subcontractor for the manufacture of electronic boards and assemblies in medium and small production runs.
Our business is to support designers of professional and industrial electronics, in the development of high value-added products, with a range of services that includes co-engineering, industrialization, prototyping, manufacturing, testing, assembly and logistics.
Our state-of-the-art industrial facilities and our teams of experts put their responsiveness at the service of your competitiveness every day.

Seprolec is taken over by two partners, including Patrick Soghomonian, who will manage the company until the end of 2022, after significantly increasing sales and floor space, setting up integration activities, and integrating the Aria project.
The Group has always invested heavily, enabling it to keep pace with all process and technological developments.
2023
Seprolec is taken over by Philippe Masselin, who comes with long experience of EMSand industrial tools from major groups such as Alcatel and Thales. 2023 sees the launch of several projects to boost the Group's performance: diversification, Lean management, automation, creation of a Technical Department, training and reinforcement of teams to prepare for the future.
